Alli Hartness

Alli was introduced to yoga in high school, but cultivated a consistent practice in college after attending Christina’s classes and earning her 200 hour teaching certificate with Saj in 2020. She holds degrees in exercise science and health promotion from the University of Kentucky and has been a certified personal trainer through NASM since 2019. Alli has always had a passion for helping others through movement and specializes in corrective exercise, group fitness, and yoga that is scalable to each individual. Her vinyasa classes provide elements of mobility, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness with a focus on the balance between effort and return.
