Re-Patterning

In this training, we will redefine the basics of yoga and identify habits and imbalances that may not be serving you. We will combine modern movements with classical yoga asana to find the continuum of anatomical truth in your own body.

  • Re-patterning utilizes bodywork techniques to unlock held tension, support the body's natural alignment, and train new movement habits. Over time, this allows for increased ease and flow in asana practice.

  • Anyone who struggles with injury patterns, asymmetry, limited mobility or pain can benefit from re-patterning. Both advanced students and beginners seeking structural balance should find value and improvement to range of motion and alignment.
