The Practice 2.0
Prepare for the game of life. This dynamic offering will enhance your mental and physical awareness, while also improving your strength and stability. You will be guided through breath work, mobility exercises, functional movement and a hybrid of traditional and modern yoga to help refine your movement patterns.
Classroom will be gently heated creating an optimal environment for growth. Some previous yoga experience is recommended.
